When you purchase from us, we may collect your name, email address, billing information processed securely through Sellfy, company name, and company logo for customization purposes.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process your subscription, deliver digital products, customize timecards when requested, communicate regarding your order, and provide customer support.
Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through Sellfy and its payment providers. We do not store your credit card information.
Logo and Business Materials
Company logos submitted for customization are used solely for fullfilling your order. We do not sell, distribute, share, or reuse your logo for any other purpose.
Data Protection
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of online transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
Third-Party Services
We may use third-party services, including Sellfy, to operate our business. These platforms have their own privacy policies governing their data practices.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised effective date.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Products and Services
DigitalTimeCards.com provides digital timecard templates through subscription access. These products are designed to replicate traditional paper timecards in a digital format.
We do not provide payroll processing, payroll integration, tax services, or human resources software.
Custom Logo Subscriptions
For customers purchasing a Custom Logo Subscription, logo files must be submitted via email to dgtimecards@gmail.com. Customization begins once logo files are received. One complimentary revision is included. Additional revisions may require an added fee.
Customers are responsible for submitting high-quality logo files suitable for professional placement.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout unless canceled by the customer.
Customers may cancel at any time through their Sellfy account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused subscription time.
Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
All digital timecard templates remain the intellectual property of DigitalTimeCards.com.
Customers may use the templates for internal business use only. Reselling, redistributing, copying, or sharing the files outside your organization is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalTimeCards.com is not responsible for payroll errors, data entry mistakes, business losses, or any indirect or incidental damages.
DigitalTimeCards.com is not responsible for altered or modified entries after submission. Users are responsible for saving copies of their completed timecards.
Our products are provided as is without warranties of any kind.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final.
Standard Digital Timecard Subscription purchases are non-refundable because access is granted immediately upon purchase.
Custom Logo Subscriptions are non-refundable once customization work has begun.
If customization has not yet started, customers may contact us for assistance before submitting logo materials.
