1. Can I download my time card on any phone? 

A: At the moment, our digital timecards are only available for iPhones. Until then, subscribe to our newsletter for all future updates

2. What is the App's name suggested when downloading your digital timecard?

A: The Notes app. 

3. Am I able to cancel my subscription?

A: Yes, all subscriptions can be canceled at any time.

4. Can I reuse my time card?

A: It is recommended to repurchase a new time card.

4. Is the digital timecard locked after it is completed?

A: No. The digital timecard remains editable after completion. We strongly recommend taking a screenshot then and sending the completed timecard before submitting it to a supervisor to maintain a record of the original entry. 

5. Are these timecards payroll software?

A: No. Our digital timecards are designed to replicate traditional paper timecards in a digital format. We do not provide payroll processing, tax services, or payroll system integration.

6. Do employees get access to the custom timecard?

A: Yes. With an active Custom Logo Subscription, your employees receive internal access to your company’s customized timecard using the code provided.
